KanBo visualizes progress at multiple levels — from individual Cards to full portfolios — using built-in indicators and performance summaries.

Core tracking elements

  • Card Status: Shows progress stage (Not Started, In Progress, Completed).
  • To-Do Lists: Track subtasks directly within Cards.
  • Completion Percentages: Each Status column and To-Do list displays automatic progress indicators.
  • Card Statistics: Measure lead time, cycle time, and reaction time for each task.
  • Activity Streams: Present chronological records of updates and decisions.
  • Space Cards: Represent an entire Space as a single Card in another Space
