Objective: Help newcomers gain confidence and start working effectively in KanBo on their first day.
Duration: 1 hour (self-paced).

Modules and Building Blocks

• Introduction to KanBo – understanding the concept of Spaces and Cards.
• Navigating the Interface – main UI areas, menus, and workspace layout.
• Spaces and Cards Basics – how work is organized and shared.
• Notes and To-Do’s – managing personal tasks.
• Attachments and Comments – sharing context and collaborating.
• Search and Filters – finding work quickly.

Outcome:
Every new employee understands how to open a Space, create Cards, attach files, and communicate inside KanBo — no external guidance needed.
