Spaces – The Operational Environments

Spaces are where real work happens.
They act as collaborative environments that organize tasks, documents, and discussions related to a specific project, process, or initiative.

Key capabilities

  • Define the purpose, scope, and goals of your work.
  • Invite team members and assign roles (Owner, Member, Visitor).
  • Customize workflows with Statuses and Card templates.
  • Centralize files, discussions, and reporting within one structure.

Space types

Each Space includes tasks (Cards), files, and communication relevant to that activity.
