Core collaboration tools

Comments – Add contextual updates, decisions, and feedback directly to Cards.

Mentions – Use @username to notify specific people.

Chat – Hold informal, real-time discussions within a Space.

Activity Streams – See all actions and changes in one chronological view.

In the Marketing Campaign 2026 Space, a user comments on a Card named Finalize social media plan:

“@Laura Please review the new creative assets before approval.”

Laura receives a direct notification, and the comment is permanently linked to that task’s record.
